Another special activity that had been announced two weeks ago took
place last Sunday on December the 4th under the support, supervision and
planning of bncycling.com and Bike Expert store. Saturday morning, the
group of 12 men and women arrived in riparian, woody house near region
Daphne ( Kalavrita – Peloponnisos) beside the River Ladon. After a short
walk, the group settled in the stone houses that were adjacent to the
premises and provide all the amenities.
With much appetite they all began to prepare themselves for the
activities to be followed under the guidance of an experienced BN team
member. With all the necessary equipment on, the team began to enjoy the
unique experience of rafting.
Many challenges had to be faced in
water… adrenaline soared during the struggle with the river and signs
of relaxation and joy when the games with other boats began. After about
a half hour the descent of the river ended and the group turned back at
the premises for a good launch. Vitina village was the next destination
for coffee and for the Mainalo mountain bike and run race that would
soon follow.
Everyone seemed to enjoy this unique experience and the opportunity
Bn and Bike Expert gave them – two days away from the city, close to
nature and sports like rafting, mountain bike and running. Similar
campaigns will continue to run, giving everyone the opportunity to
escape from the routine of everyday life and to come close to nature and
sport.
