ΘΕΜΑ : ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΑ ΠΟΔΗΛΑΤΩΝ ΜΕ ΤΟΥΣ ΣΥΡΜΟΥΣ ΤΩΝ ΗΣΑΠ

Σας γνωρίζουμε ότι η μεταφορά των ποδηλάτων με τους συρμούς των
ΗΣΑΠ, επιτρέπεται κατά τις ημέρες και ώρες της μειωμένης επιβατικής
κίνησης σύμφωνα με τα πιο κάτω:

• Καθημερινές:

α. Από την έναρξη της λειτουργίας έως τις 06:15,

β. Από τις 9:30 έως τις 12:00 και

γ. Από τις 18:30 έως τη λήξη της κυκλοφορίας.

• Σαββατοκύριακα και αργίες: ελεύθερη είσοδος.

Η είσοδος και έξοδος των ποδηλάτων κατά τις παραπάνω ημέρες και
ώρες επιτρέπεται στους σταθμούς : Πειραιάς, Φάληρο, Μοσχάτο, Καλλιθέα,
Ταύρος, Πετράλωνα, Θησείο, Βικτόρια, Αγ. Νικόλαος, Κάτω Πατήσια, Αγ.
Ελευθέριος, Άνω Πατήσια, Περισσός, Πευκάκια, Νέα Ιωνία, Ηράκλειο,
Ειρήνη, Νερατζιώτισσα, Μαρούσι, ΚΑΤ, Κηφισιά.

Δεν επιτρέπεται στους σταθμούς: Μοναστηράκι, Ομόνοια, Αττική.

ΠΡΟΥΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ ΜΕΤΑΚΙΝΗΣΗΣ ΠΟΔΗΛΑΤΩΝ

• Η μετακίνηση των ποδηλατιστών στις αποβάθρες και γενικότερα σε
όλους τους χώρους των σταθμών θα γίνεται πεζή.

• Δεν επιτρέπεται η μεταφορά των ποδηλάτων με τους ανελκυστήρες ή
τις κυλιόμενες κλίμακες των σταθμών.

• Η είσοδος των ποδηλάτων στους συρμούς θα γίνεται από την τελευταία
θύρα του τελευταίου οχήματος, ώστε να σταθμεύουν στον διαθέσιμο χώρο,
όπου δεν υπάρχουν καθίσματα και θα επιτρέπεται η είσοδος μέχρι δύο
ποδήλατα ανά συρμό.

• Οι ποδηλατιστές επιβάτες οφείλουν να παρέχουν κάθε είδους
διευκόλυνση και προτεραιότητα στα ΑμεΑ και στους ηλικιωμένους και να μην
παρεμποδίζουν την πρόσβασή τους, στους σταθμούς και τους συρμούς.

• Κατά τις ημέρες και ώρες διεξαγωγής αθλητικών και άλλων εκδηλώσεων
που λαμβάνουν χώρα πλησίον της γραμμής, δεν επιτρέπεται η μεταφορά των
ποδηλάτων σε όλους τους σταθμούς του δικτύου λόγω της μεγάλης πυκνότητας
των επιβατών στους συρμούς και τις αποβάθρες των σταθμών.

Yesterday, the top athletes Karl Platt and Stefan Sahm underlined in
an impressive way, why “Team Bulls” is wearing the Yellow Leader Jersey.
Right at the first ascent of the fourth leg, which led from Frammersbach
to Bischofsheim a. d. Rhoen, both pros attacked and gave the rest of the
favourite teams no chance at all. After 83 kilometres and about 2,000
metres of elevation gain, both reached the stage finish in a time of
3:00:23. The bikers from “Rothaus-Cube” came in second (3:03:08) and are
now almost four minutes behind the leaders of the overall
classification. Frank Lehmann and Thomas Nicke from Saxony had left
third placed “Stevens Racing Team” (3:04:26) at the track up to the
‘Kreuzberg’ behind.

That “Team Bulls” would attack that early was clear in Thomas
Nicke’s mind before the start: “I knew that both would push it really
hard. We weren’t able to keep up with them at all.” His team mate from
“Rothaus Cube” Frank Lehmann added: “They pulled off without mercy.”
Stefan Sahm, who celebrated his second day victory together with Karl
Platt, explained why: “We entered the first hill with dash and
recognised that there was immediately a gap to the rest. Then, we put
the hammer down.” Platt affirmed: “So far, we contained ourselves. But
today we tried to find out in what kind of shape we and all others are.
In addition, we wanted to be more secure with our lead.”

A task which both fulfilled successfully in the Rhoen in pouring
rain: After the first half of the CRAFT BIKE TRANS GERMANY, Karl Platt
and Stefan Sahm were able to enlarge their overall lead on
“Rothaus-Cube” up to almost three minutes and 57 seconds.

“Sachsenteam von Welt” enlarges lead in the master category

Like the days before, Robert Novotny and Milan Spolc triumphed once
again. Today, both Czechs required 3:16:21 hours for the 83 kilometres.
Now they lead the ranking by about 40 minutes on “Scott Racing Team
Heilenmann”, which also came in second once more (3:30:07). Although
they get the status of the ‘eternal runner-up’, Robert Eder hasn’t lost
courage yet. “It’s better to place second than being third all the
time”, Eder grinningly said. “We haven’t got a single chance to get the
Czechs. Both race in another league. Ralf Opel and Andreas Schmidt of
team “Ktm/Ast-Bikes.De” finished the fourth stage of the CRAFT BIKE
TRANS GERMANY with 3:33:26.

“Fiat-Rotwild” also not to beat on day four in the women category

Once again, Kerstin Brachtendorf and Daniθle Troesch can celebrate
their fourth victory in a row like the leaders of the master and mixed
classification. The German-French duo crossed the finish line in 3:54:41
hours. “Team Cube Wls” biked on the second rank (3:56:57) ahead of
Sandra and Peggy Klose of team “Zwillingscraft” (4:04:26). Thus, Kerstin
Brachtendorf stated after the race: “The long ascent up to the Kreuzberg
was very nice and proved advantageous. Furthermore, the fantastic
atmosphere this morning motivated us to push the pedal as hard as
possible.” And the effort paid off: Both bikers increased their lead in
the ranking up to 26.5 minutes.

Alison Sydor and Carsten Bresser plough a lonely furrow

The German-Canadian duo “Rocky Mountain/Haywood” has secured its
fourth win, too. Today, the fastest mixed team came in right after the
top four of the master category (3:36:10). The former Bronze medallist
of the Marathon MTB-World Championships said: “We took it easy today
because we don’t have the pressure to hold the speed on a very high
level. We had a good group today and enjoyed our time on our bikes.” Two
teams who never made it on the podium before rounded out the podium:
“Zwillingscraft 2” (4:06:16) and the Polish-Swiss squad “Craft – Right
to Play” (4:14:18).

“Taunusgazellen 106” strikes back

Yesterday, “Team Sherpa” catched up to the leaders of the grand
master category due to their victory. But today, the bearers of the
Green Leader Jersey answered the best possible way: After 3:52:57 hours,
Wolfgang Hauck and Reinhard Doerr made it to Bischofsheim a. d. Rhoen
and now sit on a comfortable lead of ten minutes again. Today’s second
placed team is “Vo Dr Alb Ra” (3:55:23) which was exactly two minutes
faster than the third team on the podium “Die Finisher”.

Photo finish brings third
winner within the first three days of the CRAFT BIKE TRANS GERMANY /
“Team Bulls” still top in the ranking

First but not the winner – Stefan Sahm of “Team Bulls” was the first
today to cross the finish line on the third leg of the CRAFT BIKE TRANS
GERMANY, which run from Erbach im Odenwald to Frammersbach. But another
team took home the victory: It was team “Rothaus-Cube” which secured the
top spot of the podium after 103 kilometres and an elevation gain of
more than 2250 metres (3:44:49) due to the fact that both came in ahead
of the other Bulls rider Karl Platt who was beaten by only one tenth of
a second. The German-Austrian “Team Fiat-Rotwild” was another three
seconds behind.

Frank Lehmann and Thomas Nicke are the third duo which was able
to celebrate a day victory at the first mountain bike stage race across
Germany . Therefore, both bikers from Saxony were all smiles. “It’s a
very nice feeling to win a leg” said Lehmann after the sprint into the
finish. Especially after such an exhausting stage: “It was a very tough
day due to the weather. The stage profile didn’t seem to be so hard but
there where so many little hills which demanded everything. In addition,
we really pushed the pedal.”

A special award for all participants, who were all over covered with
mud, was the impressive support and atmosphere made by the loud
habitants of Frammersbach when every rider finished the race.

On the women’s side, the top team of the last days is on a winning
streak. Team “Fiat-Rotwild” was able to grab the third first rank.
Kerstin Brachtendorf and Daniθle Troesch secured the victory with a time
of 4:32:16 hours ahead of Danish “Cube Wls” (4:35:27) and team
“Zwillingscraft” (4:49:40).

In the mixed category Carsten Bresser and Alison Sydor of “Rocky
Mountain/Haywood” underlined their dominance with the third triumph in
the row (4:07:31). Both now have a lead of more than two and a half
hours in the mixed classification. A much closer decision is the fight
for the second spot in the ranking. Today’s second placed team “Magura
on board” (5:08:31) was able to shorten their lag to “Bobteam.info”
(5:10:10) down to five seconds.

In the master category, “Sachsenteam von Welt” seems to be the team
to beat after the third triumph within three days. The Czech riders
needed 3:59:23 hours for the third leg of the CRAFT BIKE TRANS GERMANY.
Norbert Novotny and Milan Spolc sit on a comfortable lead of 25 minutes
in the battle for the Champions ring. A situation which should last
until the end if it would be up to Novotny: “It was a good race although
it was tough because of the weather. If we don’t have any problems I
hope we can make it to Oberwiesenthal as first.” “Scott Racing Team
Heilenmann” was again the second fastest duo with 4:14:21 hours ahead of
Dutch “van Otten Marathon Team” (4:22:16).

The fight for the Green Jersey in the grand master category is
getting more interesting again due to the victory of “Team Sherpa” today
(4:39:45). Rainer Augstein and Ferdl Thiel were able to diminish the
lead of “Taunusgazellen 106” from about 16 minutes down to less than two
minutes. “Vo Dr Alb Ra” came in second today with a time of 4:44:29
followed by yesterday’s winners “Die Finisher” (4:49:34).

Preview on stage 4 from Frammersbach to Bischofsheim

The second shortest section of the CRAFT BIKE TRANS GERMANY with
82.89 kilometres and an elevation gain of more than 2,000 metres seems
to be less demanding compared to other stages – but don’t be misguided
with that. After the last extensions of the “Eselsweg” the peloton heads
for the highest elevation of the day after cutting cross the
wild-romantic Schondra Valley: After passing the “Wuerzburg Haus” and
crossing the “Guckapass” the bikers are pedalling up to the second
highest mountain of the stage race – the “Kreuzberg”. Its crest is
marked with three prominent crosses and provides all participants with
fantastic panorama views into the Rhoen and to the “Wasserkuppe”.

Top teams compete successfully: Karl Platt and Stefan Sahm from
Team Bulls have won the first stage of the CRAFT BIKE TRANS GERMANY.
Both Bikers made it from St. Wendel to Neustadt a. d. Weinstrasse in
4:25:43 hours. Before, both had a hard duel with later on second placed
riders Frank Lehmann and Thomas Nicke from the Rothaus-Cube team
(4:26:56). After 123 kilometres and more than 2,750 metres of elevation
gain Johannes Sickmueller and Rene Birkenfeld from Stevens Racing Team
came in third (4:28:52).

The roadway arrangement caused the very close finish of all
three top teams within a little bit more than three minutes. The leg was
characterised by a lot of rhythm changes until the decision at the crest
to today’s highest hill, the Hellerhuette (490 metres), where the
winners set the decisive attack. “We were very patient until the last
hill. Until there, we only tried to open the peloton two times”, said
Karl Platt after the race. But, not only all other competitors had their
problems with the acceleration. Also his team mate “had problems to
follow his bike. I kind of had to crucify myself, said Stefan Sahm.
Thus, second ranked team Rothaus-Cube was satisfied with the result: “We
are very pleased. The stage race is long and Stefan had problems, too.”

In the mixed category, the title aspirants Carsten Bresser, who
enjoyed to finishing the day in his hometown, and Alison Sydor
celebrated victory, too. Team Rocky Mountain / Haywood needed 5:05:00
hours to win the race. More than one hour later, team Magura on board
crossed the finish line (6:12:48) ahead of Bobteam.info (6:13:50).

In the women classification, the estimated duel is looming. Kerstin
Brachtendorf and Daniθle Troesch from team Fiat-Rotwild relegated twins
Sandra and Peggy Klose to the second. The German-French team needed
5:30:08 and thus has now 2.5 minutes advantage on team Zwillingscraft
(5:32:43). The bikers from team Cube Wls came in third (5:49:23).

In the Master category (both riders older than 80 years), a team
from Saxony took over the lead: Sachsenteam leads the standings with
4:50:57 hours. Scott Racing Team Heilenmann sits on the second spot
(4:57:24) ahead of van Otten Marathon team (5:15:48).

The Grand Master category (both older than 100 years) was won by
Taunusgazellen 106 (5:46:32). Team Sherpa came in second (5:52:54). Ca &
Friends Racing team took home the third spot (5:54:08).

Sandro Spaeth and Thomas Zahnd have celebrated an impressive
comeback today. Yesterday, both had to accept a painful defeat falling
behind leading Team Bulls by 13 minutes. Today, on the leg from Neustadt
a. d. Weinstrasse to Erbach im Odenwald, both secured the victory. The
two Swiss bikers needed 2:11:19 hours for the almost 130 kilometres – of
which the first 60 were held neutralised and thus without any timing.
With an outstanding finish, Spaeth and Zahnd took home the victory with
a lead of only one second on Team Rothaus-Cube, consisting of Frank
Lehmann and Thomas Nicke (2:11:20.3). Some other six hundredths of a
second, Karl Platt and Stefan Sahm came in (2:11:20.9) and therefore
defended their lead in the ranking in a confident way.

After yesterday’s exhausting first stage, today was more
relaxing due to the 60 kilometres long neutralised first part which
Stefan Sahm called “a cheap coach trip which was a lot of fun.” But
right after the peloton had passed Heidelberg , the Bulls-riders were
pushing the pedal. “This definitely tore a hole in the starter field”,
so Sahm further on.

But there were two teams which were able to follow the speed. In the
end, Switzerland ’s duo was all smiles. “We rose from the dead”, said
Sandro Spaeth. “Yesterday, Thomas had some problems but today,
everything worked out fine. The last 15 kilometres are the best proof
for that because we were pushing it really hard.”

In the mixed category, it seems that we will see a
start-finish-victory of Carsten Bresser and Alison Sydor. Team Rocky
Mountain / Haywood crossed the finish line in a time of 2:27:42 and thus
enlarged their comfortable lead again. More than 35 minutes later,
A-Team / www.kiga-gmbh.de reached the finish in Erbach (3:03:08)
followed by Bobteam.info (3:05:00).

On the women’s side, team Fiat-Rotwild was able to celebrate a
back-to-back triumph, too. After 2:39:02 hours, the German-French duo of
Kerstin Brachtendorf and Daniθle Troesch rolled over the finish line.
Danish Anna-Sofie and Kristine Norgaard came in 1 minute and 50 seconds
later (2:40:52). Sandra and Peggy Klose from team Zwillingscraft secured
the third rank and still sit in the second spot of the women classification.

In the master category Sachsenteam von Welt is enlarging its lead
due to the second victory on the second day of the CRAFT BIKE TRANS
GERMANY. Robert Novotny and Milan Spolc made it to the finish in the
time of 2:20:28. Almost four minutes later, Scott Racing Team Heilenmann
repeated its yesterday’s second rank (2:24:06). Team Belli rounded out
the master’s podium with 2:27:22.

Stephan Erich and Eugen Roehrle (number 169) were the fastest bikers
in the grand master category (2:45:11) but the Taunusgazellen 106 are
still leading the pack of the teams which are older than 100 years due
to their second rank today (2:45:30). Vo Dr Alb Ra-team came in third
(2:53:24).

After the last year attendance and sponsoring in the charitable
fight for the aid at the cancer “Ride for Rose” that was organized by
L. Armstrong in Texas of America, bncycling.com will participate this
year in one of the biggest and hardest European bike races, JEANTEX BIKE
TRANSALP.

The Greek participants are Christos Makrigiannis and George
Ouzounidis. First time to participate in this strong event, both
cyclists are aware of the difficulties they are going to meet during the
race. Nevertheless, love for bicycle gives them power to do their best,
get a good position and –why not- win the champions ring!

“We hope to take a good position and if not, we will still be
satisfied for the participation. Behind, this is the first time to get
involved in such a strong race, so we hope this effort to be a good
start” says Christos Makrigiannis.

Ready at last: In four
days, on Saturday June 9th, 2007, the starting gun for the CRAFT BIKE
TRANS GERMANY will be fired in St. Wendel (Saarland). Approximately 300
teams of two – consisting of hobby bikers, ambitious amateurs and
mountain bike pros – will head towards Oberwiesenthal in the Erz
Mountains at 10 AM. Almost 600 participants will face 836.79 kilometres
including 18,313 metres of elevation gain in eight legs of the Germany
crossing stage race.

Top pros will start

The first mountain bike stage race across the republic will be
classified in five different categories (Men, Master Men, Grand Master
Men, Women and Mixed). Top aspirant for victory in the men category are
last year’s Transalp winner Karl Platt and his team mate Stefan Sahm
(Team Bulls) who already won the 2007 Cape Epic . In addition, Swiss
riders Sandro Spaeth and Thomas Zahnd (Team Texner-Stoeckli) as well as
the German-Austrian duo Andreas Strobel and Silvio Wieltschnig (Team
Fiat Rotwild) are aiming for the podium.

On the women’s side, the Klose twins Sandra and Peggy (Team
ZwillingsCRAFT) will pedal for victory. They have to face French Daniθle
Troesch and Germany ’s Kerstin Brachtendorf from Team Fiat-Rotwild.
Carsten Bresser who will tackle the route together with Canada’s own
Alison Sydor who won Olympic Silver in 1996, are the mixed team (Tea,
Rocky Mountain / Haywood) to beat in the battle for the Champions ring.

Extensive support programme

Besides the sportive action, a fringe programme will be offered for
the spectators in every stage town. 32 exhibitors are part of the Trans
Germany circus and will inform all mountain bike fans about the latest
innovations and news in the bike scene. No matter if you are in St.
Wendel, Neustadt, Erbach im Odenwald, Frammersbach, Bischofsheim a. d.
Rhoen, Oberhof, Bad Steben, Schoeneck or in Oberwiesenthal – the bike
expo shortens the waiting period for the competing teams and invites the
fans to stay even longer.

ομάδες των δύο -αποτελούμενες από χομπίστες ποδηλάτες, φιλόδοξους
ερασιτέχνες και ειδικούς του mountain bike- θα ξεκινήσουν προς το
Oberwiesenthal στα βουνά Erz στις 10 το πρωί και θα αντιμετωπίσουν
836.79 χιλιόμετρα.

Οι κορυφαίοι του mountain bike θα ταξινομηθούν σε πέντε
διαφορετικές κατηγορίες (άνδρες, κύριοι άνδρες, μεγάλοι κύριοι άνδρες,
γυναίκες και μικτοί). Τα φαβορί για τη νίκη στην κατηγορία ανδρών είναι
ο νικητής του Karl Platt Transalp του περασμένου χρόνου και ο
συναγωνιστής του Stefan Sahm, της ομάδας Team Bulls που κέρδισαν ήδη το
Έπος Ακρωτηρίων 2007. Επιπλέον, οι Ελβετοί αναβάτες Sandro Spaeth και
Thomas Zahnd (Team Texner-Stoeckli) καθώς επίσης και οι
γερμανό-αυστριακοί Ανδρέας Strobel και Silvio Wieltschnig (Team Fiat
Rotwild) είναι από αυτούς που στοχεύουν επίσης την εξέδρα.

Από την πλευρά των γυναικών, οι δίδυμες Klose Σάντρα και Peggy (Team
ZwillingsCRAFT) κάνουν πετάλι για τη νίκη, ενώ έχουν να αντιμετωπίσουν
την Daniele Troesch και τη γερμανίδα Kerstin Brachtendorf από την Team
Fiat-Rotwild.

Ο Carsten Bresser που θα αντιμετωπίσει τη διαδρομή μαζί με την

Christos Makrygiannis, an athlete of B&N Cycling, was first in the
fight of 4th Ascent Varied Terms on Sunday of 3rd of June. The start was
given from the Town hall of Peristeri and after 6 km, in the Thicket
Haidariou, was given the free to the athletes.

From the beginning, the 5 first athletes took great difference from
the roughly 50 participants. The way was in earth-road 18 km, with
particularly difficult points that abruptly have big hypsometric
difference. The athlete of B&N Cycling, gained the 1st place with
comfort, having big difference from 2nd who was fighting in the
organization.

The handing-over became in front of the Town hall of Peristeri, with
the mayor and the governor of Police department to grant the medals in
the athletes.

O Christos Makrygjannis, an athlete of B&N Cycling made the surprise
when in the fight in the Kanakia Salamina showed until the last tour to
claim the first place of his category. A damage of his bicycle was the
cause to lose the occasion of first place and finally terminated third
person.

Nevertheless, he made a surprise because in the 1st fight of
this bowl was found in the sixth place with 12 min. difference from the
first of his category, a time enough big in such a small time interval.
And while his opponents did not calculate him in this 3rd Fight of
Mountainous Cycling, he was found to terminate faster at 11 min. from
the previous fight, while, until the last turn before the damage, led
the fight and had small difference from the final winner of the fight
and 1+ min. from second person.

After questions made to him, he said that this period he makes long
trainings for a fight that will be realized abroad, one of the hardest
fight in the world: crossing the Alps in distance of 628 km, beginning
from Germany and passing through Switzerland, Austria and terminating in
Italy with above this 25.000 y.d. All the effort makes him more strong
and stubborn, when indeed some people disputing that he will not
accomplish to terminate. That certainly is not sure in such a difficult
fight, but is sure that he will not put easily under. He will give all
his forces for the better possible result and for one good presence.

Ο Σέρβος Μπόγιαν Τζούρτζιτς στέφθηκε νικητής του αγώνα του κυπέλλου
Ελλάδας στο Νυμφαίο της Φλώρινας. Με χρόνο 2.01.32 ο Σέρβος ξέφυγε από
την αρχή του αγώνα, ενώ στην δεύτερη θέση τερμάτισε άλλος ένας Σέρβος
αθλητής, ο Ιβάν Γιοβάνοβιτς που με πολύ καλή τακτική κατάφερε να ανέβει
2 θέσεις την τελευταία στροφή.

Έκπληξη ήταν η πολύ καλή απόδοση του Κύπριου Γιώργου Φάττα που
ανέβηκε στο βάθρο ενός διεθνούς αγώνα, αφήνοντας πίσω του τον πρώτο
Έλληνα αθλητή του αγώνα, τον Γιάννη Μισαιλίδη του Πρωτέα.

Παρά τις καλές επιδόσεις, κανένας Έλληνας αθλητής δεν κατάφερε
να ανέβει στο βάθρο των απονομών, αφού ο Γιώργος Παττές του Πρωτέα
στάθηκε άτυχος, παρά την πολύ καλή εμφάνιση του και δεν μπόρεσε να
κρατήσει την δεύτερη θέση λόγω τεχνικών προβλημάτων στην τέταρτη και
τελευταία στροφή του αγώνα.

Στην γενική βαθμολογία του κυπέλλου ο Πέτρος Τυρολόγος, παρά το ότι
τερμάτισε στην 9η θέση, φόρεσε την φανέλα του πρωτοπόρου και έδωσε νέο
ενδιαφέρον στην υπόθεση του τίτλου, αφού απ’ ότι δείχνουν τα πράγματα
όλα θα κριθούν στον τελευταίο αγώνα.

Οι αγώνες ξεκίνησαν το Σάββατο με τις κατηγορίες Γυναικών, Εφήβων,
Νεανίδων και Παίδων. Στις Γυναίκες η Κύπρια Ελίνα Σοφοκλέους κέρδισε
άνετα την Ελληνίδα πρωταθλήτρια Ελένη Διακάκη, ενώ στους εφήβους ο
Αλέξης Κοκοβίκας του Π.Ο. Πατρών ήταν ο νικητής του αγώνα και αυτός που
κράτησε την πορτοκαλί φανέλα του πρωτοπόρου στην βαθμολογία του κυπέλλου.

Στην κατηγορία των παίδων νικητής μετά από εκπληκτική εμφάνιση ήταν
ο Δημήτρης Αντωνιάδης ενώ στην κατηγορία νεανίδων οι γνωστές πλέον
δίδυμες αδερφές Κοκκινοπούλου έκαναν κυριολεκτικά περίπατο, αφού ήταν οι

Τέλος στον αγώνα ανεξαρτήτων οι νίκες και στις δύο κατηγορίες πήγαν
επίσης σε χέρια ξένων αθλητών. Στην κατηγορία 19-39 ετών, ο Βούλγαρος
Νικολάι Κονσταντίνοβ και στην κατηγορία 40+ ο Αλεξάντερ Μάριτς, ήταν οι
νικητές του αγώνα.

Τον αγώνα διοργάνωσαν η Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Ποδηλασίας σε συνεργασία
με την Outsports και τον Αυτόδρομο υπό την αιγίδα της Νομαρχιακής
Αυτοδιοίκησης Φλώρινας και της Κοινότητας του Νυμφαίου. Το μαγευτικό
τοπίο και η μοναδική αρχιτεκτονική καταγοήτευσαν όσους επισκέφτηκαν για
πρώτη φορά το Νυμφαίο, έναν πραγματικά μοναδικό προορισμό στην χώρα μας
και σίγουρα έναν από τους ιδανικότερους για αγώνες ορεινής ποδηλασίας.

Για όσους συμμετείχαν (αλλά γιατί όχι και για τους υπόλοιπους)
σήμερα Τρίτη 5 Ιουνίου στις 10:00 μ.μ. στο στέκι των «Φίλων του
Ποδηλάτου», Επταχάλκου 3 στο Θησείο, θα προβάλουμε τις φωτογραφίες από
το 1ο Ποδηλατικό Κυνήγι Θησαυρού.

Ωραία θα ήταν όσοι συμμετείχαν να είναι εκεί, ώστε να μας πουν και
τις ιστορίες πίσω από τις φωτογραφίες τους.

O Αλέξης Κοκοβίκας αναδείχτηκε νικητής στους έφηβους στον αγώνα
ορεινής ποδηλασίας που έγινε στο Νυμφαίο της Φλώρινας. Ο ποδηλάτης του
Π.Ο. Πατρών τερμάτισε ένα λεπτό και 22 δευτερόλεπτα πιο γρήγορα από τον
δεύτερο Δημήτρη Οικονόμου του Γυμναστικού Συλλόγου Λάρισας, ενώ η
διαφορά του από τον τρίτο, πρωταθλητή Ελλάδας στο δρόμο (Σπάρτη 6/5),
Πολυχρόνη Τζωρτζάκη του Τάλου Anek Lines, ήταν 2 λεπτά και 32 δευτερόλεπτα.

Στις γυναίκες νικήτρια στέφθηκε η Κύπρια Ελίνα Σοφοκλέους η
οποία άφησε στη δεύτερη θέση την Ελένη Διακάκη του Ιαλυσσού Ρόδου όμως
με διαφορά 15 λεπτών και 32 δευτερολέπτων. Στην Τρίτη θέση έμεινε η
Ερλένη Σούλα του Πανερυθραϊκού η οποία έμεινε μια στροφή πίσω.

Στους Παίδες νικητής αναδείχτηκε ο Δημήτρης Αντωνιάδης ενώ στην
κατηγορία των Κορασίδων η Δήμητρα Κοκκινοπούλου.

Διασυλλογικού αγώνα ορεινής ποδηλασίας «4ο ΚΥΠΕΛΟ ΜΤΒ ΛΥΓΓΟΥ 2007»

Ο Όμιλος Φίλων Ποδηλάτου Ιωαννίνων (ΟΦΠΙ) συνδιοργανώνει με το Δήμο
Πασσαρώνος και τον Εξωραϊστικό Σύλλογο Λύγγου «Η Αγία Τριάδα», και με
έγκριση της Ελληνικής Ομοσπονδίας Ποδηλασίας (Ε.Ο.Π.), τον Διασυλλογικό
αγώνα ορεινής ποδηλασίας (ΜΤΒ)

ΟΡΟΙ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ: Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής έχουν στον αγώνα ΟΡΕΝ όλοι άνω
των 13 ετών, ενώ στις άλλες κατηγορίες οι ποδηλάτες που ανήκουν στη
δύναμη των Σωματείων της Ε.Ο.Π. Όλοι συμμετέχουν με δική τους ευθύνη ή
του κηδεμόνα τους. Ο ΟΦΠΙ δεν έχει καμία υποχρέωση για κάθε ενδεχόμενο
ατύχημα ως και φθορά ή απώλεια αγωνιστικού υλικού.

ΚΑΝΟΝΙΣΜΟΙ: Ισχύουν οι κανονισμοί της Ε.Ο.Π. Για οτιδήποτε
απρόβλεπτο αποφασίζει επί τόπου τελεσίδικα η Αγωνόδικη Επιτροπή, η οποία
έχει το δικαίωμα τροποποίησης του αγώνα.

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Παιδιά και έφηβοι θα συμμετέχουν μόνο με γραπτή
εξουσιοδότηση του Κηδεμόνα. Οι αθλητές να έχουν την αθλητική τους
ταυτότητα θεωρημένη από γιατρό.

Αυξημένο ενδιαφέρον
φαίνεται να έχει ο τρίτος σταθμός του πανελληνίου κυπέλλου ορεινής
ποδηλασίας που θα γίνει στο Νυμφαίο της Φλώρινας (2-3/6) κυρίως στις
κατηγορίες των Εφήβων και Νεανίδων που έχουμε ισοβαθμία και αρκετές
αλλαγές μέχρι τους δύο πρώτους αγώνες της χρονιάς. Όσον αφορά τους
Άνδρες και τις Γυναίκες εκεί τα πράγματα είναι πιο ξεκάθαρα.

Ο Περικλής Ηλίας του ΛΟΑΣΔΑ και η Ελένη Διακάκη του Υαλισσού
Ρόδου έχουν στην κατοχή τους τη μαύρη φανέλα του πρωτοπόρου στους Άνδρες
και Γυναίκες αντίστοιχα, με το απόλυτο των 80 βαθμών, πραγματοποιώντας
τις καλύτερες εμφανίσεις μεταξύ των Ελλήνων. Αλλαγή στη φανέλα είχε
γίνει μόνο στην κατηγορία των Νεανίδων μετά την νίκη της νεαρής Δήμητρας
Κοκκινοπούλου στη Λάρισα αλλά και την απουσία της Ελένης Κολοβού. Επίσης
το μεγαλύτερο ενδιαφέρον φαίνεται να έχει η μάχη στους έφηβους, αφού
τρεις ποδηλάτες ισοβαθμούν με 70 πόντους.

Άνδρες

O Περικλής Ηλίας δηλώνει οτι το μόνο που θα ήθελε είναι η συλλογή
βαθμών για την παγκόσμια κατάταξη που θα του δώσει το εισιτήριο για τους
ολυμπιακούς του Πεκίνου, οπότε έχει στόχο την διάκριση κυρίως σε
διεθνείς αγώνες, αλλά στην Ελλάδα δείχνει για ακόμα μια φορά οτι είναι ο
απόλυτος κυρίαρχος, κερδίζοντας και τους δύο αγώνες του πανελληνίου
κυπέλλου Πίσω από τον Ηλία και στη δεύτερη θέση των ανδρών ακολουθεί ο
Γιώργος Παττές του Πρωτέα Κερατσινίου, ο οποίος μετά την 10η θέση που
είχε στη Μάνδρα (πέμπτος Έλληνας) και την 5η στο χωριό Σπηλιά της
Λάρισας (δεύτερος Έλληνας) έφτασε τους 57 βαθμούς στο κύπελλο Ελλάδας
ορεινής ποδηλασίας. Ακολουθεί τρίτος ο συναθλητής του Παττέ, Πέτρος
Τυρολόγος με 55 μετά από την 6η θέση στη Μάνδρα και την 11η στη Λάρισα
(2ος Έλληνας στον πρώτο αγώνα και 6ος στον δεύτερο).

Στις γυναίκες η Ελένη Διακάκη κράτησε την μαύρη φανέλα έχοντας πίσω
της την Σαμπρίνα Τβίς του Πανερυθραϊκού η οποία έχει 56 βαθμούς μετά την
5η θέση (4η Ελληνίδα) στη Μάνδρα και την 3η στη Λάρισα, ενώ την τριάδα
του πανελληνίου κυπέλλου συμπληρώνει η Δανάη Στρουμπούλη του ΠΕΣΑ Αστέρα
που έχει συλλέξει 44 βαθμούς.

Έφηβοι

Στου έφηβους υπάρχει το μεγαλύτερο ενδιαφέρον στην βαθμολογία, αφού
τρεις αθλητές ισοβαθμούν στην πρώτη θέση. ο Αλέξης Κοκοβίκας από τον
σύλλογο της Πάτρας έχει μια τρίτη θέση και μια πρώτη. Ο Κωνταντίνος
Μυγιάκης από τον Κύδωνα Χανίων έχει δύο δεύτερες θέσεις και ο Πολυχρόνης
Τζωρτζάκης από τον Anek Τάλω Νέας Κυδωνίας έχει μια πρώτη και μια τρίτη.
Αποτέλεσμα είναι να έχουν και οι τρεις από 70 βαθμούς, με τους επόμενους
αγώνες να είναι καθοριστικοί για την κατάκτηση της φανέλας.

Νεάνιδες

Στις νεάνιδες η Ελένη Κολοβού δεν «κατέβηκε» στον αγώνα της Λάρισας
και έτσι η Δήμητρα Κοκκινοπούλου πήρε εύκολα τη φανέλα αφού ήταν τρίτη
στην Μάνδρα και κέρδισε στη Λάρισα (70 βαθμούς). Την ακολουθεί η δίδυμη
αδερφή της, Αλεξάνδρα με 65 και στην τρίτη θέση η Δήμητρα Πλεσιώτη με 61.

JEANTEX ΒΙΚΕ TRANSALP: 35 ημέρες ακόμη έως την έναρξη

Και αυτό το έτος οι νικητές του δέκατου JEANTEX ΒΙΚΕ TRANSALP
μπορούν να ανυπομονούν να λάβουν το δαχτυλίδι πρωτοπόρων. Ένα ογκώδες,
χειροποίητο δαχτυλίδι, εξαιρετικό ασήμι με ένα 750/000 κίτρινο χρυσό
πιάτο θα στέψει τα χέρια του ποδηλάτη που θα θριαμβέψει στην πιο σκληρή
διοργάνωση mountain bike της Ευρώπης. Το δαχτυλίδι δημιουργήθηκε και
σχεδιάστηκε από τον Manfred Hilscher, έναν συμμετέχοντα του 2005 και του
2006, ο οποίος θα αγωνιστεί στoν φετινό αγώνα μαζί με τον Erik Becker ως
ομάδα “Coaching Becker”.

Το ίδιο το δαχτυλίδι είναι μια μοναδική υπενθύμιση των πιέσεων
και στρεσάρει τις συμμετέχουσες ομάδες που πρέπει να είναι σε ένταση
καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια των οκτώ σταδίων του JEANTEX ΒΙΚΕ TRANSALP. Το
σχέδιο του αναφέρεται επίσης στην περιπέτεια διάσχισης των Άλπεων. Το
ωοειδές πιάτο του δαχτυλιδιού παρουσιάζει ένα ποδήλατο σε έναν απότομο
δρόμο μπροστά από ένα εντυπωσιακό τοπίο βουνών – δεδομένου ότι οι 1.100
ανταγωνιστές οι ίδιοι δοκιμάζουν τη διαδρομή από Mittenwald Riva del
Garda. Εκτός από τη χαραγμένη “Transalp Challenge”, το έτος θα είναι
επίσης μέρος του σχεδίου (κεφάλι κνημών ή δαχτυλιδιών).

Εκείνοι, που δεν θα είναι σε θέση να γιορτάσουν τη νίκη μέσα στις
πρώτες πέντε κατηγορίες (άνδρες, γυναίκες, μίγμα, κύριοι άνδρες και
μεγάλοι κύριοι άνδρες) στη δέκατη επέτειο του JEANTEX ΒΙΚΕ TRANSALP,
έχουν τη δυνατότητα να αγοράσουν το δαχτυλίδι πρωτοπόρων. Τα κοσμήματα
Hilscher προσφέρουν το αντικείμενο της επιθυμίας σε δύο μεγέθη (μίνι και
μεγάλου μεγέθους). Ο αρχικός – αποκλείοντας gravure νικητών – είναι
διαθέσιμος για 595.00 ευρώ- (μίνι) ή 635.00 το ευρώ (μεγάλου μεγέθους).

Almost completed are the preparations for the third fight of
International Bowl of Greece that is carried out this weekend in the
Nymfaio of Florina Greece. Currently, there are eleven attendances of
athletes from Serbia and Cyprus while up to Saturday, that is also the
technical congress of fight, is expected an increase of foreigner
attendances.

The way will be of 8.8 kilometres and it will pass 2 times through
the community of Nymfaio, while the point of departure and finish is
found in the entry of village, giving thus the possibility in the
spectators of being possible to watch big part of fight closely.

Σχεδόν ολοκληρώνονται οι προετοιμασίες για τον τρίτο αγώνα του
Διεθνούς Κυπέλλου Ελλάδας που διεξάγεται αυτό το Σαββατοκύριακο στο
Νυμφαίο της Φλώρινας. Προς το παρόν υπάρχουν έντεκα συμμετοχές αθλητών
από τη Σερβία και την Κύπρο ενώ μέχρι το Σάββατο, που είναι και το
τεχνικό συνέδριο του αγώνα, αναμένεται αύξηση των ξένων συμμετοχών.

Η διαδρομή θα είναι 8.8 χιλιομέτρων και θα περνά 2 φορές μέσα από
την κοινότητα του Νυμφαίου, ενώ το σημείο εκκίνησης και τερματισμού θα
βρίσκεται στην είσοδο του χωριού, δίνοντας έτσι την δυνατότητα στους
θεατές να μπορέσουν να παρακολουθήσουν μεγάλο μέρος του αγώνα από κοντά.

Συνολικά θα γίνουν τέσσερις αγώνες, δύο το απόγευμα του Σαββάτου
και δύο το πρωί της Κυριακής (δείτε το πρόγραμμα παρακάτω). Στην
κατηγορία elite ανδρών που αναμένεται να γίνει μεγάλη μάχη, φαβορί είναι
ο Περικλής Ηλίας του ΛΟΑΣΔΑ δεύτερος και πρώτος αντίστοιχα στους δύο
προηγουμένους αγώνες του Κυπέλλου που έγιναν σε Αθήνα και Λάρισα.

Μεγάλη συμμετοχή προβλέπεται να έχει ο αγώνας ανεξαρτήτων που θα
κλείσει το πρόγραμμα του Σαββατοκύριακου και στον οποίο θα συμμετέχουν
αθλητές από ολόκληρη την Ελλάδα. Οι αθλητές στην κατηγορία ανεξαρτήτων,
που θα διαγωνιστούν στις κατηγορίες 19-39 ετών και 40+, θα κάνουν τρεις
φορές την κυκλική διαδρομή του αγώνα και θα διανύσουν συνολικά 27
χιλιόμετρα και μια συνολική υψομετρική διαφορά 1200μ περίπου.
